WHATCOM COUNTY DUI VICTIM IMPACT PANEL
If you have been charged with driving under the influence in Bellingham or anywhere in Whatcom County you can expect that you must complete a session of the DUI Victim’s Panel. The Bellingham DUI victim impact panel is a community meeting where volunteers who have been victims, offenders, and witnesses of DUIs give testimonies regarding their experiences they have endured due to the actions of drivers under the influence. The panel's focus is to encourage people to be responsible for their choices. It goes without saying, but it still must be said, you must be completely sober when attending.
